Users are expressly advised and required to make their own judgement about the accuracy, reliability, quality, validity and completeness of any of services, products and the contents. The User expressly assumes the entire risk as to the results and performance of the Software, the lingoWare services and information and access to the servers.The LINGOCOM Website and LingoWare Software, as most Internet applications, are vulnerable to various security issues and hence, should be considered unsecured. LINGOCOM does not warrant or guarantee that any update of information transmitted to the Software will be free of infection by viruses, worms, Trojan horses or anything else manifesting contaminating or discursive properties. The User assumes all responsibilities and risk for the use of the Website and the Internet generally.

Material on LiNGOCOM’s Website and the LingoWare Software may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. LINGOCOM disclaims all endorsements and/or warranties regarding the information translated. LINGOCOM does not assume any legal liability or responsibility for the usefulness, accuracy or completeness of any information, product or service disclosed on its website or server, or other material accessible from its website or sever. LINGOCOM reseizes the right to make changes and updates to any translation and/or other information contained on the Website without prior notice. While translating the programs, LINGOCOM may add banners to the programs and display LINGOCOM’s announcements in its main window.
