1.	It is preferable, but not mandatory, to download and install LingoWare before installing ICQ because LingoWare translates the installation of ICQ as well.
2.	To install LingoWare: If you are updating to LingoWare for ICQ 2000b, make sure that you close LingoWare before you install. Browse your computer to the location you saved the installation file and double click on the file. Follow the installation wizard instructions on your screen.
3.	Check that the file size downloaded matches the actual file size stated on this page. If not, you should download again before installing the program.
4.	Learn how to get started with LingoWare.
5.	If you do not have ICQ, download and install it now.
6.	For problems with ICQ click here to submit. The LingoWare Editor is now available.
